By placing an order at our application कलश The Supermarket, you accept that:

While registering on our application for either placing an order or using any of our services, all details provided by you to us should be true and accurate.
By placing an order, you will be acknowledged by an auto-generated e –mail or through SMS on your mobile number. But this acknowledgement doesn’t mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is an offer made to us that is subject to our will of selling the product. All orders are conditional (i.e., based on availability of stock and acceptance by us) and we will confirm our acceptance only after the availability of stock by sending you another e-mail or SMS confirming the dispatch of the product. All communication will happen through electronic media
For a pre-paid order, you agree that you are liable for E-payment mode. We will not process your order until payment has been received by us. In case of a COD order, you undertake that you have sufficient funds to payout the bills. Moreover, the customer should be available at the informed address on the fixed delivery date and time with the ordered amount and will be confirmed with a call. Before entering into a contract, we are entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.
In case somebody forged your identity while placing any request to us, you hold the onus to inform us about the same before entering into the contract.
The price payable for your order is displayed on the checkout page on our app (excluding any delivery charged in case applicable)
Payment is acceptable by us made by ‘your chosen’ mode of payment (as described on our app). In case of pre-paid orders, your order will be dispatched from our end once we receive a successful transaction notification for full payment.
Costs of products can be altered without any prior notice but these price changes will not be valid for the orders that have already been accepted by us. Sometimes the products listed on our app may get priced incorrectly though we take utmost care in verifying the price of the order before dispatching from our end; in case of any sort of discrepancy (i.e., whether the price was charged higher or lower than the correct price), we will intimate you with the same.
We have full authority to cancel any order before and after dispatch, from our end in case an order has been placed for an incorrectly priced product listed on our app. But, since the pricing error is very clear or could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not bound to abide the contract in such a situation.
After an order is placed, it can be cancelled/ modified within one hour after placing an order. If any product is unsatisfactory, it can be returned within 24 hours provided delivery charges are borne by the customer.
1. The contract is between you and कलश the Supermarket, and after us to our respective successors.
2. At any time during the term of the contract, we may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under the contract
3. Without our prior written consent, you are not liable to charge, assign, transfer or otherwise dismiss the contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under the contract.

We are not responsible for the failure or delay of the delivered product or service that may occur due to the unforeseen events that are beyond our control like strike, lockout, accident or anything that may arise due to natural calamities or that which is considered as an Act of God (Force Majeure Event).
2. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for the duration of that period. कलश The Supermarket will utilize our logical endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a way by which our commitments under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
कलश The Supermarket reserves the right, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problems corrupt the security, or proper administration of the service. Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. However, we will not diminish your rights without your explicit consent.
